Diablo Sloppy Joes

1 jar Little Diablo Fire Roasted Garlic Salsa

1 pound ground beef
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped 

Brown ground beef, drain, add green pepper and onion and cook until soft.  Add 1/2 jar salsa and simmer until heated through.  Add additional salsa as needed to maintain consistency you prefer.

Serve over toasted buns.
