#1 Corn Pasta
1/3 cup Olive oil
2 garlic cloves chopped
½ cup Kalamata or regular black olives
1 Jar of medium Little Diablo Salsa
1- 2 oz can of flat anchovy fillets- chopped
3 TSP drained bottled capers
Cook Pasta according to manufactures Specs.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic & sauté until golden brown (1-2 Minutes) add capers, salsa & olives slowly finish, with adding anchovies and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Drain pasta and toss with the sauce.
