(Serves 4)
4 6 oz pieces of salmon
1 Jar of Little Diablo Chipotle Salsa
(note: Because of the ingredients in Little Diablo Chipotle this salsa works best)
2 Limes
1 Bunch Cilantro-chopped
Make sure grill is roaring hot. Spray both sides of salmon w/ non stick spray.
After searing one side of salmon pour salsa atop fish, turn down heat to low/medium and let fish soak in flavor. Take off heat & garnish w/ sliced limes & chopped cilantro.
This recipe can also be used on both pork and beef ribs!
